The road to being a therapist has been one of deep yearning and ultimately led by everyday tiny miracles. From fashion designing and merchandise management to librarianship and to being a counsellor, my life has been rich with many learning experiences.

But my most profound teachings came from being a mother to my two teenage girls. Caring for my mother during the last months before her death has also informed my understanding of grief, loss and death. 

The counselling work I do now chose me through a series of synchronous events.I am truly humbled to be doing my soul’s work through the art of deep listening and storying influenced by Eastern mysticism and my Indian heritage.
